OPP seek public assistance in solving a break and enter in Wawa


(WAWA, ON) – On Tuesday April 12, 2016 at approximately 8:00 am officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Wawa Detachment were advised of a Break and Enter and theft incident which had taken place at a resort in the Rix Township District of Algoma. Taken overnight during the incident were the following items:

  • Stihl chainsaw
  • Husqvarna chainsaw
  • Mastercraft reciprocating saw
  • Air impact gun
  • Air chisel
  • Air ratchet
  • Impact socket kit
  • Crown stapler
  • Brad nailer
  • Roofing gun
  • Tool box with miscellaneous plumbing tools
  • Paint guns
  • Pump paint spray can
