It’s been one of the Sault’s most popular restaurants, serving up great Italian food for thousands of people over the last 30 years, but now it’s time for retirement for the original owners.
Gino’s Family Restaurant was started in 1985 by brothers Geniale and John Coccimiglio along with their wives.
John and Brunella Coccimiglio hung up their aprons last week.
SaultOnline.com received the following notice from their children, Melissa, Mariusz, Jamie and Laura on their happy retirement.
Wishing the happiest retirement to the hardest working people we know! Melissa, Mariusz, Jamie & Laura would like to congratulate our parents, Brunella & John Coccimiglio on their retirement from Gino’s Family Restaurant. After 30 years of constant dedication and commitment to making customers & staff happy, you deserve more than anything to truly enjoy your retirement years. You have shown us how to be successful while maintaining integrity: by working hard every day, making sacrifices for your family & business, and by never giving up. Your courage, commitment, approachability and greatness have been an inspiration. You have accomplished so much and we are so proud of you. We wish you nothing but happiness, relaxation, peace & health. Congratulations! And thank you for being such wonderful role models to us.
