Caught with stolen tools and copper wire

On the 5 May 2016 patrol Officers with the Sault Ste Marie Police Service were conducting business checks at about 3:30 in the morning. They noticed suspicious activity at a business on Sackville Road and approached a running car.The vehicle sped off and officers managed to get the driver to pull over.

Investigation revealed several stolen tools and cut up pieces of stolen copper wire. Police also discovered at least one break in to a business on that street.

A 26 year old man will be appearing in court on the 6th of June, 2016 at 9:00 AM to answer to charges of possession of stolen property and break and enter.
