SOLACE (Released May 10, 2016) is the seventh album by songwriter and poet M.D. Dunn. The tracks on SOLACE (four instrumentals; eight songs) are the product of a decade of woodshedding and contemplation. SOLACE is the search for “a reason to believe.”
M.D. Dunn has been performing for over 25 years. His music has been played on CBC Radio (“Madly Off in all Directions,” “Points North,” “Bandwidth”), on campus and community stations, and podcasts in North America and the U.K. He has three books of poetry in print, most recently _Even the Weapons_ (BuschekBooks, 2014). A journalist, his essays, reviews, and interviews have been published in The Globe and Mail, Canadian Dimension Magazine, Public Works Magazine, Pets Magazine, and many other publications.
In July 2106, Dunn will tour Southwestern and Northeastern Ontario.
