Six Local Soccer Players Invited to International Pro Camp

The Sault United Soccer (Football) Academy has six local players (Dayna Templeton – Luke & Jake May – Taylor Barker – Elijah Beaton – Nathan Lajunen) invited to attend the West Ham United International Player ID Camps. They are being held at two locations, Rome, Georgia from Aug. 2-5 and in Casa Grande, Arizona from August 7-10th.
This is a significant achievement for local soccer and the children selected! Professional clubs run camps all around North America, although primarily in the U.S. These camps are a mixture of top level coaching from professionals from Europe and South America and also an opportunity for a few, to be selected to attend the Pro Club in their home country.

West Ham United is one of the top clubs in the English Premier league, based out of London in the Olympic Stadium. They are a Professional club with a rich history and one of only four Clubs to have their Youth Academy designated “Premier Status”, by the English FA.
