PUC wants your input

PUC has started the process of developing a new Corporate Strategic Plan to set the direction and priorities for the utility over the coming years and is seeking input from the community. PUC wants to hear your opinions, ideas, and suggestions regarding its corporate direction. Therefore, to gather as much input as possible, PUC is soliciting feedback via an online Strategic Planning Survey. A local firm, Ironside Consulting Services Inc., will be assisting PUC with the strategic planning process.

“We are excited to begin this process,” says, PUC President Dominic Parrella. “The PUC has been serving this community for almost a century. As we plan for the future, we understand that it is crucial we engage with, and get input from, our customers, stakeholders, and shareholder. I strongly encourage everyone to take a few minutes and complete the online survey.”

“I encourage the community to provide input to the strategic plan in order to provide clear direction for PUC in the years ahead. This process will ensure that PUC is well informed and committed to respond to the ever-changing needs of our community and provide exceptional service to our customers,” said PUC Board Chair Jim Boniferro.

The Strategic Planning Survey will run until September 16th, 2016. Community members wishing to participate in the online survey can do so by clicking here, or by visiting the PUC website. Once completed, the survey results will be used to support the development of PUC’s new Corporate Strategic Plan.
