Schools in the Algoma District have been invited to participate in a cereal drive to stock the cupboards for the school year.
This will enable schools to stretch their funds to feed more meals and more students.
Schools will be asked to collect nutritious whole grain cereal. Then any time prior to October 30th schools will be asked to create a line/design of cereal boxes and watch them fall like dominos. Schools will then submit their videos and photographs to be judged no later than November 7, 2016.
Prizes will be awarded to schools that collect the most cereal and have the most unique design.
