On September 5, 2016, City Police stopped a vehicle in the area of Elliot Road. A check of the occupants was done and it was found that Samantha Catherine Barrett age 28 had outstanding warrants for her arrest. Barrett was arrested for the following charges: failing to attend court X 3 and breach of probation X 3. The accused is scheduled to appear in bail court on September 6, 2016 at 10:00 am.
