On the 13th September 2016, at approximately 1:00 am City Police responded to a call in the 100 block of Henrietta Avenue for a report of a male who unlawfully entered a residence and assaulted two persons.
Upon further investigation by Patrol Officers a Jonathan Penrice, age 30 was arrested for Unlawfully in a dwelling, Assault, Assault with a weapon, Theft Under $5000, Mischief Under $5000 and Threatening Death.
It appears that this was not a random act and that the persons involved were known to each other. Mr. Penrice will be appearing in Bail court today in relation to these charges.
