As a result, a 39 year male from Elliot Lake, Ontario, was charged with:
Assault, contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code (CC); and
Uttering Threats-Cause Death or Bodily Harm, contrary to section 264.1(1)(4) of the CC.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on December 6, 2016.
Mans laws DO NOT trump God’s laws when disciplining a child.
Spare not the rod
If this was a case of discipline state has no business !
I would challenge that in court anyday !
Can’t say I blame the father much… So many kids today have no respect for rules and laws…….
Some teens are kids from hell around that age.
They purposely push it, but some too far.
Sounds as though a parent had reached the end of his tether.
