A former church on Cathcart Street got the green light tonight at city council for rezoning.
The property will offer a business hub and affordable housing.
The rezoning was the first step in the process to go ahead and look at welcoming new business and tenants in that property.
There was some argument of parking problems but the importance of the use of the vacant building prevailed.
