Three arrests

At 6:50 P.M. on November 17, 2016 City Police arrested 32 year old Christopher Rivard of Albert St. It’s alleged that the accused attended at the Metro on Second Line west and stole merchandise valued at $45.00. He was apprehended by a loss prevention officer and turned over to Police. He has been charged with one count of theft under $5000.00 and will be appearing in court on December 19, 2016.

At 4:25 P.M. on November 17, 2016 City Police arrested 33 year old Travis Arvelin. It’s alleged that the accused attended at Walmart and stole merchandise valued at $10.00. Additionally it was learned that he also attended at the Flying J on Great Northern rd. on November 16, 2016 and stole merchandise of a value not exceeding $5000.00. He has been charged with two counts of theft under $5000.00 and will be appearing in Court on December 19, 2016.

At 12:10 A.M. on November 18, 2016 city arrested 51 year old Dolores Jacko of Albert St. E. City police responded to a disturbance call to residence on Albert st E and during the course of the investigation came across the accused who had an outstanding warrant of arrest. Jacko has been charged with failing to appear for court and breach of probation. She will be appearing in court on December 19th, 2016
