Three people arrested on Friday

At 2:30 P.M. on November 25, 2016 City Police arrested 26 year old Jordan Paim of Dacey rd., Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. Paim is alleged to have broken into a residence on Sussex on November 04, 2016 and was also in possession of stolen property reported stolen in a break and enter on Charles St. on October 18, 2016. When Paim was arrested he was found in possession of a stolen license plate reported stolen from October 26, 2016. Paim was also on probation at the time of the offence with the condition that he keep the peace and be of good behavior. He has been charged with the following: One count of break and enter, two counts of possession of stolen property and three counts of breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 09, 2017.

At 2:30 P.M. on November 25, 2016 City Police arrested 49 year old Michel Johnston of Cambridge Place. Officers conducted a vehicle stop on Albert St. West and located Johnston who was a passenger in the vehicle. A check on the accused revealed he was wanted on three outstanding arrest warrants. He is alleged to have failed to appear for court and breached the terms of his probation. Johnston was also wanted for theft under $5000.00, breach of probation, and possession of stolen property. He will be appearing in Court on January 09, 2017

At 11:00 P.M. on November 25, 2016 City Police arrested 46 year old Jerry Allan Leveille of Hughes Street. It’s alleged that the accused attended at Walmart on November 11, 2016 and stole merchandise valued $627.87. Leveille was on a probation order not to be at Walmart at the time of the offence and on conditions to keep the peace and be of good behavior. He has been charged with Theft under $5000.00 and two count of Breach of Probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 09, 2017.
