A multi-vehicle collision in Blind River has closed Highway 17 east for a second time Wednesday.
No details on the collision, however driving conditions remain poor for most of the district with blowing and drifting snow. OPP say Highway 17 is closed at Oak Road in Blind River – no detours are known at this time.
