On the 9th of December 2016 the accused attended bail court. He has been identified as 43 year old Perry Robertson of Connaught Avenue Sault Ste. Marie.
On the 8th of December 2016 officers with the Criminal Investigations Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 43 year old male in relation to an incident in the change room area of a local swimming facility yesterday.
It is alleged that on December 7th 2016, the accused attended the John Rhodes Community Centre and entered the family changing area. It is also alleged that the accused then used a cellular phone to take photographs of individuals that were in the private change stalls of that area.
