The Sault Ste. Marie YMCA is now OPEN with limited services. All members may use the Women’s Plus and General Male change rooms for the time being. We hope to have the remaining change rooms open soon.
Both pools should be open by 11:00 am with regular programming. All Fitness classes should continue as scheduled from 11:30 am on.
We appreciate your patience during this time. The mechanical failure was due to the high winds from yesterday’s storm and could not be prevented. Thank you for your support!
Garbage and recycling pickup on regular schedule
Public Works & Engineering Services would like to inform residents garbage and recycling pickup will remain on the regular scheduled days.
Residents who were affected by the closures yesterday (Thursday, December 15) will not see pickup until next week’s regular pickup day (Thursday, December 22). The bag limit will be doubled for those areas only.
