Crime Stoppers and the East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are looking for the public’s help in identifying a male suspect.

On November 4, 2016 a victim attended an ATM at a bank in Bruce Mines. The victim left the bank and realized they had forgotten their bank card in the ATM and returned to retrieve it. On the way back in, the victim passed an unknown male exiting the bank at that time. A withdrawal of an undisclosed amount of cash was made without permission from the victim’s account.

Video surveillance of the ATM shows this unknown male suspect having short brown hair, wearing glasses and a reflective safety vest over his coat. Images of this suspect can be viewed on the Crime Stoppers YouTube, Facebook and Twitter accounts.
