On the 5th of January 2017 officers with the Traffic Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service charged 61 year old Roger Taylor of Ferguson Avenue for driving while disqualified.
It is alleged that on January 5th, 2017 the accused was operating a motor vehicle on Wellington Street East. An officer conducted a traffic stop with regards to a Highway Traffic Act Violation and later determined that the accused had a disqualified licence under the Criminal Code.
The accused was charged with one count of Driving while Disqualified and will appear in court on February 6, 2017.
