Serious injuries in Pedestrian – Vehicle Collision On McNabb


Sault Ste. Marie Police Services are on scene of a serious accident on McNabb Street involving a pedestrian and a vehicle. Saultonline has been able to confirm with Sault Police Services that a pedestrian has been sent to hospital with life threatening injuries.

McNabb Street from Great Northern Road to Willow Avenue has been closed to traffic until further notice in order to conduct an investigation. If you need to transit the area, please use an alternate route to allow emergency responders to work safely.

Motor Vehicle Collision involving Pedestrian

Officers with the Traffic Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are currently at the scene of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on McNabb Street at Willow Avenue.

A pedestrian was taken from the scene with life threatening injuries.  The affected area will remain closed to traffic while officers continue the investigation.  We ask that motorists avoid the affected area to allow officers to safely conduct the investigation.
