On February 17th, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 38 year old Amanda Guido of Second Line West for an Impaired Driving related offence.
The accused was involved in a minor motor vehicle collision just before 10:00 p.m. on February 17th, 2017. Officers responded to the call for service and developed grounds to believe that the accused was under the influence of alcohol.
Officers demanded that the accused provide a sample of her breath into an approved roadside screening device and the accused refused to provide a sample. She was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of refusing to provide a breath sample. She will appear in court on March 27th, 2017.
