On the 5th of February 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 46 year old Donald Cory of West Street for a theft.
It is alleged that on the 29th of January 2017 the accused entered a grocery store in the West End of the city and filled a shopping cart with approximately $400 worth of merchandise. The accused left the store without paying for the items and police were contacted.
The accused was located by police on February 5th and has been charged with one count of theft under $5000. He will appear in court on March 20th, 2017.
