Ice build-up due to freezing rain is expected.

Freezing rain will develop through the overnight hours and persist into Sunday. Temperatures will rise through the day resulting in freezing rain changing to rain by Sunday afternoon.

The freezing rain is expected to be heavy at times which could result in significant ice accretion, particularly Sunday morning.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots will become icy, slippery and hazardous. Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve. Utility outages may occur.
