Nationally Recognized Change Maker to Speak at Sault College


Farrah Khan, a nationally recognized change maker and advocate for gender-based violence, will be at Sault College tomorrow, Thursday, March 23, 2017, to speak on Sexual Assault, Consent and Relationship Violence Awareness.

Farrah will make two presentations: 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. at Sault College in room B1170. These events are free and open to the public. Community members are encouraged to attend and participate to learn more from this exceptional public speaker and educator. Light refreshments will be available.

Farrah is dedicated to ensuring marginalized voices are centered, heard and amplified. Hosted by Sault College Student Services, Farrah’s presentation will raise awareness and provide important information surrounding cultivating consent, accountability and empathy on campus.
