On April 11th, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 32 year old Christopher Hurley of Boundary Road in relation to a theft from a local business.
It is alleged that between March 6th and March 9th 2017 the accused used a data terminal at a McNabb Street business to activate over $5,000.00 in prepaid credit cards without paying for the items.
The accused was arrested on April 11th, and charged with one count of theft over $5,000.00. He will appear in court on Mary 15th, 2017.
