Keeping Hope Alive

The annual Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life was staged once again at the John Rhodes Centre /  Jo Foreman track raising tens of thousands of dollars for cancer research each year.

Across Canada, the annual event held in hundreds of communities raises millions for the cause.

The walk was kicked off by a mother and son who are both fighting cancer.

Hundreds walked with loved ones, some cancer survivors for the 7 hour event.
