On Camera: Stolen Bank Card


Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie police service are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a fraud.

Sometime during the evening of the 29th May 2017 several vehicles were entered in the east end of the city. Numerous items were taken including a wallet containing a bankcard.

At around 4:50 am an unknown female entered the Tim Horton’s located on John Street where she used a stolen bankcard from a vehicle that was entered earlier in the morning.

The suspect was caught on video surveillance and the video can be viewed on our YouTube page by searching “SSM & Algoma Crime Stoppers”.
