Organizers want to make ALS history while taking you down memory lane, and revisit the friendly city, along St. Mary’s river, in Algoma country known as Sault Ste. Marie.
ALS is staging , Sault Ste. Marie. Then and Now at the Moose Lodge on Trunk Road. The show runs from 1pm to 4:30pm. Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased at the Moose Lodge Bar.
Vintage photos displayed on a slideshow of the city, its grand hotels, many theaters, stunning churches, where people ate lunch, shopped, played & worked such as the mill, the Steel Plant, the Locks, Algoma Central Railway, the International bridge, including people who touched the community.
Bonus scenes will include the north shore, and nearby towns
Streamline Country will provide entertainment with classic country music.
Proceeds will go to ALS Canada. To help people battling this terminal disease in the province.
