It’s only fitting that a huge duck makes Clergue Park home for the next three days, with the drizzle and rainy forecast as Rotaryfest kicks off Today.
But don’t let the drizzle keep you away, there’s plenty to see and do and eat during the Sault’s Annual Summerfest, now on until Saturday night.
The midway and fair grounds open Thursday afternoon. The big yellow duck of course is attracting the attention. The $200,000 duck, part of Ontario’s celebration for Canada150 made it’s way to the Sault just in time for opening day.
There’s also the extremely popular ribfest going on and the lumberjack show as well.
The main stage will provide non-stop entertainment right through to Saturday night not to mention, a ton f things for the kids to do and play.
The 94th Rotaryfest Community Day Parade is all set to go this Saturday starting at 11am on Queen Street.
