A Fun night to support Habitat for Humanity

Coming this Saturday, October 21st, is an evening out like no other! Support Habitat for Humanity with an evening of fun, food and friends. It’s an interactive game, a competition to win prizes and a chance to enjoy some food and drink and the company of good friends.

Shot in the Dark presents their charity night for their fall show, Working: A Musical. Every musical and play Shot in the Dark produces is paired with a local charity in order to benefit a worthy cause, spread the word about the excellent work our community offers and to support charities who put Sault Ste. Marie first. Based on founder Sue Barber’s vision for connecting with other groups and sharing the spotlight, Shot in the Dark has supported ARCH, Rainbow Camp, Tracy’s Dream and the Beth Jacob Synagogue in the past.

This fall Habitat for Humanity is the focus. An international group with a focus on simple, decent and affordable housing, the Sault Ste. Marie chapter creates restore opportunities, community building efforts and is vibrantly involved in making our city a better place.

The fundraiser event is a fun, zany night out that closely resembles an evening of group Pictionary. Based on the classic tv game show Win, Lose or Draw! the event is structured with teams competing for prizes and points as they take turns drawing, guessing and stealing answers from one another.

Wacky Wings, Habitat for Humanity and Shot in the Dark have all donated prizes, including show tickets, swag bags and gift certificates.

Cash bar and menu items available for order. Location: Wacky Wings on Great Northern Road.
