Special weather statement in effect for:
Agawa – Lake Superior Park
Searchmont – Montreal River Harbour – Batchawana Bay
So far, Sault Ste. Marie is not part of the special weather statement, but it’s awfully close.
Snowfall amounts near 15 cm are possible by Saturday morning.
Roads may become slippery due to accumulating snow. Motorists should be prepared for Winter driving conditions.
Snow is expected to begin late tonight and taper off Saturday morning.
This wintery weather is attributed to an area of low pressure that is forecast to track into Wisconsin on Friday.
Supposed to be only a chance a rain for Halloween

Whooooooo hoooooo
It IS that time again…take a deep breath and complain daily.
Yes, but many people here have notoriously short memories with regard to weather. I overheard someone at the mall yesterday complaining about the recent drop in temperature, saying “Mother Nature has gotten very mixed up.” But in reality, as much as we don’t like it, single-digit temperatures are typical for the end of October.
Last week was beautiful! But yes it never fails .. always poop weather for Halloween. I don’t mind the cold but I wish it would wait till after trick or treating.
Oh my….as much as I miss living in the Soo, I don’t miss this. Then again Halloween is next week… isn’t this typical Halloween weather?
I am so not ready for snow!
