Colin Miller has had an amazing start since being drafted from the Boston Bruins to the Vegas Golden Knights.
The 25-year-old defenceman has racked up 7 points in his last 5 games with the team, including a goal and an assist last night against the Islanders, and the same a few games ago against St. Louis as seen below:
Miller, who played two seasons with Boston managed to make 29 points through both seasons with a handful of fights, has really improved with the Golden Knights on the back-end of play. Though you wouldn’t think he was on the back-end as a defenseman with the points he has racked up so far this season.
He is tied for second place on his team for points (2 goals and 5 assists).
“I don’t think we are looking too far. We are just taking it a game at a time,” Miller said in an interview about the team before last night’s game.
Miller will face the New York Rangers and the team he played his rookie season with, Boston, next.
Vegas is 8-2-0 so far this season.
