I Love To Move Recreational Programs

Looking for an exciting way to charge up your child’s brain and body in one program. The Centre for Social Justice and Good Works is excited to announce the launch of a permanent recreation program “I Love To Move” for children aged 6-13 years.

This program is in partnership with Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart organization, Sault Ste. Marie Police Service and YMCA.  With the success of our ‘Go for Gold’ and ‘Let’s Move’ recreation programs, the Centre has left a positive and lasting impact on the Sault’s youth community by providing over 150 kids with the opportunity to get active and have fun!

This new program is a permanent and free program on Saturday mornings from 10 am to 12 pm starting October 14th, 2017 in four locations – Queen Elizabeth Public School (139 Elizabeth Street), The TECH (130 Wellington Street E), Holy Family Catholic School (42 Rushmere Drive) and Rosedale Public School (90 Chapple Avenue).

The program runs on Oct 14th, Oct 21st, Oct 28th, Nov 4th, Nov 18th, Nov 25th, Dec 2nd and Dec 9th in 2017 and continues in 2018.

We welcome all participants to come and have an enjoyable Saturday morning filled with sports and activities. All drop-ins are welcome at the four locations. To register, please contact:
