Korah Launches the CanCan Challenge

When the Soup Kitchen is in need, community partners play a big role to rally support and donations to re-stock the shelves.  The Soup Kitchen put out a call a few weeks ago in hopes to bring awareness to the dire need of donations heading into the cold months of the year.

The students at Korah are the latest to take up the challenge.

The Colts Cabinet (student leadership group) has come up with a challenge for Korah Collegiate school and hopes to get others involved as well.

The local soup kitchen is desperately in need of non-perishable food as well as other items. Korah C&VS students and staff are committed to running a can food drive with the goal of collecting a minimum of 1000 items the week of October 2-6, 2017.

“We hope you will join our CAN CAN CHALLENGE! “said, Jennifer Barbeau
Vice Principal Korah C&VS in an email to SaultOnline.com

You can drop cans off at Korah (636 Goulais Ave) or contact us for more details.   We hope all the other schools will join in on the challenge…..  Let’s give where we live!
