ACE Studios is proud to announce that “The Book of Nightmares”, a 90 minute horror anthology film, will enjoy it’s Worldwide Premiere at Galaxy Cinemas, Sault Ste Marie on October 25th, 2017.
This is the second feature length film produced by the company, following 2015’s “October 30th: All Hallows Eve”. O30th was distributed by Gravitas Ventures and is available on VOD platforms everywhere. DVDs may also be purchased through the ACE online store.
The Book of Nightmares was written by Sault Ste Marie based filmmakers Ryan Byrne, Hannah Craig & Danial O’Brien. The script was the recipient of the 2017 iHorror Award for Best Horror Screenplay and is a finalist for The Fear Awards and semi-finalist at Screamfest Horror Film Festival. Other awards include the NYC Indie Film Award for “Best Editing”.
The film follows four Summer Camp Counsellors reading scary stories from an Ancient Book of Evil. Starring Ryan Hachey, Sydney Nolan, Gary Buffit, Kendra Kachur, Kari Lustig, Esther Gold, Sarah McBain, Michael A. Dotson, Shaylan Spurway, Steven Skeggs, Rob Craig, Si Nui Yun, RJ Renner, Harry Houston & Emily Perohenan.
