Trunk or Treat Brings Out The Halloween Spirit

You may have seen something spooky going on in the parking lot of Northwood Funeral Home Saturday afternoon, but there was nothing to be scared about.

Over 160 children with special needs were treated to their very own Halloween day as 30 groups and organizations took part in the fourth annual Trunk or Treat .

The event hosted by the Algoma Autism Foundation allows for an interactive event for children to experience the joy of Trick or Treating that is non-threatening and accessible.

The afternoon saw an abundance of super heroes, scary monsters, ghosts and goblins and if you don’t believe us, take a look at the photo gallery!
