Shot in the Dark Productions is proud to present the new hit show Working: A Musical as our 2017-2018 Season opener. Working is an atypical show with a strong message: Our Job Doesn’t Define Us As Human Beings. We are More.
Adapted from the famous 1974 book written by Studs Turkel, this show is a collection of songs and stories that are full of real human moments and teach us that everyone has something to offer. It is simple, direct and full of heart and comedy.
Directed by Jeannine Jefferson & Anthony Aceti, with music by Elliott Nicholson – Working: A Musical hits the stage at the Croatian Hall on Wednesday, November 15th to Saturday, November 18th. Doors Open at 7:00 pm and Curtain rises at 7:30 pm.

As with every show, Shot in the Dark partners with a local non-profit organization to help them gain additional exposure and to spread their message. Previous partners have included Arch Hospice, Rainbow Camp, Beth Jacobs Synagogue, Tracy’s Dream and the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library to name a few. This show’s community partner is Habitat for Humanity. A local organization that is working towards a world where everyone has a safe and decent place to live. Habitat for Humanity offers a sustainable solution to the housing crisis facing our community. Shot in the Dark is proud to be working side by side with this amazing organization.
