Later on December 12th, at 4:16 a.m. the accused attended another business, this time in the 300 block of McNabb Street while armed with a knife. The accused again demanded and obtained cash from the employee and fled the scene.
Officers located the accused just after 9:00 p.m. on December 12th and he was taken into custody. He has been charged with 3 counts of robbery and one count of theft under 5,000. He was held for bail court.
With this many charges against him charge him as an adult. Use him as an example to others that are underage and think they can get away with this
Shouldn’t he be charged with “armed robbery” instead of just “robbery”. And if he is old enough to do crimes of this nature then he is old enough to have his name released.
He was just a careless typo
