MP Terry Sheehan wishes all a Merry Christmas

This past year has been remarkable for the riding of Sault Ste. Marie.  I knew when I had the honour of being elected as your Member of Parliament that I was going to work hard to get things done for my constituents. With the constant support of my family, friends, community stakeholders, volunteers and staff, I am proud to see how working together has created real opportunities and concrete investments in our communities.

My family and I extend our warmest wishes to everyone for a Merry Christmas, a Joyous Holiday Season and a healthy, safe & prosperous New Year.

I  wanted to let you know our Royal Canadian Air Force will once again be an important part of the 62nd annual NORAD Tracks Santa program!

Starting at 2:01 a.m. EST on December 24, NORAD website visitors can watch Santa make preparations for his flight. NORAD’s “Santa Cams” will stream videos on the website as Santa makes his way over various locations.

Then, at 6 a.m. EST, trackers worldwide can speak with a live phone operator to inquire as to Santa’s whereabouts by dialing the toll-free number

1-877-Hi-NORAD (1-877-446-6723) or by sending an email to [email protected]

While we enjoy our time with friends and family this Holiday Season, let us keep in mind the brave men and women serving Canada abroad, as well as their families, who make incredible sacrifices for us all.  For those less fortunate than yourselves this Christmas, a donation of your time, an act of kindness and your generosity can make a difference.

I do hope everyone, young and old, take the time to enjoy the magic of the season.

In the New Year, I look forward to yet another year working for the Riding of Sault Ste. Marie.

– Terry Sheehan, Member of Parliament for Sault Ste. Marie
