On January 18th, 2018 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services arrested 66 year old Jose Lima of Trunk Road for assault.
It is alleged that on the afternoon of January 16th, the accused engaged in an argument with a male known to him. The argument escalated and the accused assaulted the victim by grabbing him and pushing him.
Officers arrested the accused on January 18th and he was charged with one count of assault.
He will appear in court on March 5th, 2018.
