Searchmont – Montreal River Harbour – Batchawana Bay
Lake effect snow squalls off Lake Superior will intensify this morning. Local snowfall amounts of 15 cm in 12 hours are possible in the heaviest bands. Snow squalls are expected to weaken late this afternoon or this evening.
Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.
