(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On January 27, 2018, at approximately 6:45 a.m. members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a trespassing type call on Colwill Drive in the City of Elliot Lake, Ontario.
The complainant reported a male the residence acting in an irate manner and refusing to leave.
After police investigation, the male was arrested and charged.
Robert CHAYLT, 54 years of age, from Elliot Lake, Ontario was charged with:
Unlawfully in Dwelling House, contrary to section 349(1) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on April 3, 2018.
