On Camera: Break and Enter To Rick’s Outlet


Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are asking for your assistance in identifying two suspects in a break and enter.

In the early morning of January 29th two unidentified individuals broke into Rick’s Outlet located in the Market Mall .

The suspects pried open the door to gain entry and once inside took numerous items that included several sex toys.

This incident was caught on camera and can be viewed on our YouTube page by searching “SSM & Algoma Crime Stoppers”.

Although the suspects were well disguised you may be able identify these individual’s clothing or if you hear who may have committed this crime, call Crime Stoppers as you may be eligible for a cash reward if your tip leads to an arrest.

  1. These merchants are not doing the crime fighters any favors by using decades old surveillance cameras. They would upgrade them in a hurry if they didn’t have any insurance to cover the losses.
    I would bet that about seventy percent of merchants have not upgraded their systems in twenty years.
