Five lucky PUC Customers will be receiving a welcome surprise on their next PUC bill. On February 12, staff held the draw for five (5), $100.00 PUC bill credits. The draw was part of the interactive Customer Engagement Survey, unveiled in early January.
The survey was developed to help customers better understand, and participate in the Cost of Service Application process. PUC would like to thank everyone who completed the survey, watched the informational videos, and provided their feedback.

“We are very pleased with the amount of feedback we received from our customers,” says Giordan Zin, PUC Supervisor of Customer Engagement. “It’s vital to us that our customers are involved in the Rate Application process. Since January, we’ve had over 1,300 responses from customers.”
The survey will remain available on PUC’s website until the end of March. Customers who have yet to participate are encouraged to take the survey, share their thoughts, and have their voice heard. For more information on this survey, customers are encouraged to contact PUC at 705-759-6522.
