This is the blue’s baby! Old-school! Check out a taste of their smooth sounds in the video below.
Harpdog lays down a LoFi sound like the records of the early post-WWII from Chess, Sun and the like.
Audiences everywhere love this show! Watch the video below to see why!
Harpdog has been named Harmonica Player of the Year for 3 consecutive years by the Maple Blues Awards. He’ll be bringing outstanding pianist Graham Guest along with slide trombonist Sky Lambourne for a very special show!
No drums needed with the percussive style of doghouse bass played by one of Vancouver’s finest, Pat Darcus. Add Jordie Edmonds with some low down guitar to the greasy harp tone, and gritty vocals from Canada’s two-time and reigning Maple Blues award winner, this show is not to be missed.
Serious fans of the blues will appreciate all the vintage gear including Brown’s 1951 Masco PA System and Masco amplifiers.
Tickets available at The Machine Shop Box Office, also Case’s Music , Northland Music, Rad Zone, Rockin’ Vinyl Records, Thomas Walls Music and Kiwanis Community Box Office Station Mall (charges apply) – see you there!
Tickets are $10 for 16 and under, $15 advance or $20 at the door.
