Special “Wine in the Dark” event celebrates 100 years of CNIB

Join the Canadian Institute for the Blind (CNIB) and wine expert, Vinnie Greco, for a special “Wine in the Dark” event on Saturday April 7th at 7:00pm!

Tickets are $50 and all proceeds go towards programs and services for people in our local community who have experienced vision loss.

The event will take place at St. Mary’s Zion Fellowship Centre, attached to the Zion Lutheran Church, at 189 Upton Road.

The evening will consist of entertainment provided by students from the Algoma Conservatory of Music, as well as a blind tasting of five different and exquisite wines, followed by a delectable selection of hors d’oeuvres, some more wine, and cake!

If you would like to devote some your time to CNIB, event organizers are also looking for volunteers to help serve the wine. You would get to enjoy the amazing event and contribute to a worthy cause at the same time!
