Local Business Helps Out Humboldt

Local businessman Mark Fera is doing his part to help the victims of the Humboldt Broncos Tragedy last week in Saskatchewan.

Fera has owned “Mark’s autographs and collectables in the Market Mall for the past two and half years selling authentic autographed jerseys and other sport collectables. Fera said he wants to help out by hopefully making a big donation to the cause.

Sixteen people were killed after a collision last Friday between a Saskatchewan junior hockey team’s bus and a tractor-trailer in rural Saskatchewan. The team was traveling to a playoff game when the collision occurred. The bus had 29 passengers.

“we will be running a week long sale starting right now and 10% of all sales will be donated to the fund, set up for this team ” Fera said.

The week long campaign will end next Saturday.
