On April 13th, 2018 officers with the Break and Enter Unit of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 22 year old Justin Lepage of no fixed address for break and enter.
It is alleged that on April 9th, the accused broke into a residence in the 300 block of Queen Street East. The accused took items including a credit card that belonged to the victim. The accused then used the card to make 3 purchases totaling approximately $150.00. The accused then unsuccessfully attempted to use the credit card 2 more times.
The accused was located by officers on April 13th and was taken into custody. He has been charged with 5 counts of theft and forgery of a credit card, one count of break and enter, one count of possession of stolen property and one count of theft under $5,000. He was held for bail court.
