He’s a Soo Greyhound prospect, and now he has signed an NHL contract!

The Los Angeles Kings have announced on Saturday that they have signed their 2018 first round pick Rasmus Kupari to a three-year, entry level contract.

Kupari, who was selected by the Soo Greyhounds in the 2nd round (112th overall) during the 2017 CHL Import Draft, spent last season with Karpat, where he scored 6 times and set up 8 others in 39 regular season games.

He also helped Karpat win a championship during the 2017-2018 season, and still has one more season left on his contact with them.
