It is with tremendous sorrow that we announce the passing of Aaron Crockford on Monday, August 6th, 2018 at the age of 22.
Loving son of Chris and Tammy, brother to his little sister Riley.
Father to his cherished son, his “Bubbie”, Damien John.
Grandson of Gloria and the late William Crockford, and Alma and the late John Nelson.
Adored Nephew of John (Tammy), Bill, Bob (Corinne), David Crockford, Diahanna Sim (Darcey), Kelly Nelson (Tim) and Shelly Nelson-Bond (Clayton).
Sadly missed by many cousins and dear friends.
A visitation will take place on Friday August 10, 2018 from 6:00p.m.-9:00p.m. at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 215 St. James St (corner of Cathcart and St. James St).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made payable to Riley Crockford, who will be setting up a trust fund for Damien or to Algoma Family Services.
Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Sault Area Hospitals ER and ICU departments, especially Joanne and Kelsey, the pilots and paramedics from ORNGE and to the resilient team of Doctors and Nurses at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre at Toronto General Hospital, especially Annette and Karen, for all your efforts to keep Aaron with us.
Annette, you are an angel, you helped him pass with dignity.
We would also like to thank the many counsellors and services that fought effortlessly alongside Aaron in his battle.
