Tim Murphy Shares Inspiration Behind ‘My Life Is Not A Drag’

ONNtv’s very own Timothy Murphy came into the studio as a guest to discuss his show ‘My Life Is Not A Drag,’ which will be featured in the Fringe Festival 2018.

This will be Murphy’s third time doing the show, which highlights his career as a drag artist while transforming himself into his signature character, Joan Rivers, before the audience’s eyes.

While the show is comedic in nature, Murphy opens up about mental illness, addiction and growing up gay surrounded by stigma and homophobia. He shares how he came to terms with being gay, embracing his talent and accepting himself for who he is.

You can check out Murphy’s show at Fringe on Friday August 10th at 8:45pm, Sunday August 12th at 8:00pm and Saturday August 18th at 7:30pm.
